Train the Trainer Program
Safe Work Practice has developed a unique train the trainer program for direct care staff that is based on changing the way the trainers move and teaching them to then pass on those changed behaviors to the other staff within their workplace. This is achieved through learning how to assess posture and movement patterns and re-enforcing safe manual handling principles that can be applied to any task. There are 3 packages available
