Onsite Manual Handling Training

The Onsite Manual Handing Training includes a one hour power point presentation delivered by one of our experienced physiotherapists.

It is suitable for all industries and examples are given throughout the presentation that relate to office based or industrial tasks. This session includes anatomy and its relation to injury, how to prevent injury, how injuries occur, and suitable exercises to perform, how to setup a workstation, safe manual handling principles and their application to different tasks, safe lifting, pushing and pulling.

Cost: $396.00 including GST for unlimited participants. This includes safe manual handling principles and exercise handouts.
